Kyosho/Shimo Wins Japanese 1/8 Nats
The JMRCA Japanese 1/8th scale on road Nationals were held last weekend at the Boss Speed track in Tokyo. Qualifying went the way of Serpent driver Masao Tanaka with Keisuke Fukuda and Takaaki Shimo completing the top 3. In the finals it was a close battle for the win between Fukuda and Shimo, with the Kyosho driver Shimo just taking the victory by a second ahead of Fukuda, while Kyosho driver Takahata took 3rd spot a lap further back with top qualifier Tanaka taking 4th.
The win for Shimo is his 10th Japanese title.

Shimo Finishes in 4th @ IFMAR 1/8 Worlds in Miami
The only Kyosho in the final having qualified directly Takaaki Shimo was disappointed to miss out on the podium. Working to his 1-hour plan the highest placed OS Speed driver believes second was on the cards but the premature end to the race did not let his strategy play out.

Kyosho Evolva Prototype @ IFMAR Worlds in Miami
Kyosho have their prototype Evolva chassis here which is sometimes being used by Lamberto Collari as well as by Takashi Miyashita. The Japanese driver is the main designer of this car but has left the company and so believes that this car will never be made.

Will Collari be the TQ at the Worlds @ Miami ???
Well... I'm not sure about that! :-)
If we take a quick look at the past 4 IFMAR World Championships, 2009-2003, that Collari was the Winner, we can see that he was never TQ in any of them. All he needs after all, is to be in the Final, to work his talent up to the 1st place!
2003:
TQ: Josh Cyrul (8th FInal) - KYOSHO

2005:
TQ: Adrien Bertin (4th Final) - KYOSHO

Collari @ 1/8 IFMAR Worlds in Miami
Kyosho’s Lamberto Collari is going after his 10th World title this week at the IFMAR 1:8 Onroad World Championships which are underway at the Homestead Raceway in Miami, Florida. The Italian legend, who won his first title 22 years ago, is chasing a fifth consecutive title in r/c racing’s "Formula 1" category and for his rivals its more a case of aiming to beat Collari rather than aiming to win a World title.

Collari/Kyosho Campeões Mundial 1/8 On-Road
Fazer o que né meus amigos :-) Kyosho é novamente campeã mundial da categoria mais nobre do automodelismo On-Road, o Mundial de 1/8!!! Parabéns ao Collari e a Kyosho pela brilhante vitória!! No pódio ainda tivemos outro Kyosho, o de Adrien Bertin! Kyosho Neles!!! :-)

Kyosho é a Atual Campeã Suprema do Automodelismo
Contra fatos não há argumentos! A Kyosho é a atual Campeã Mundial de Automodelismo R/C à combustão! É campeã mundial da IFMAR nas três categorias supremas do nosso hobby, ou seja:
- IFMAR World Champion 1/8 Buggy OFF-ROAD 2006 (Mark Pavidis)
- IFMAR World Champion 1/8 ON-ROAD 2007 (Lamberto Collari)
- IFMAR World Champion 1/10 200mm ON-ROAD 2008 (Daniele Ielasi)
