If you use Windows Vista or Windows 7 , please download latest driver from KO website.

If you use black USB adapter , please use USB1.0 or USB2.0 port.
If you use USB3.0 port , the adapter can not work.

Please use extension harness. It has black and white cable without red cable.
 

When you insert the USB adapter in to your USB port of your PC in case of using Windows Vista or Windows 7 , the USB driver may be not automatically installed. 

Or you had already installed older version of USB driver.

Please check device manager.

Please check COM port.

If your COM port doesn't work or you had already installed old driver,
please right click on "USB ICS Adapter" and select "driver update".
You have to select the folder which has latest drivers.

How is your result after checking these points?

We have gotten all display gutter voice ... can not be done with a small screen.
